Brady Williams is a chef at Seattle-based restaurant, Canlis. In 2019, he received a James Beard Award for Best Chef: Northwest. Williams is Canlis’ sixth-ever Executive Chef and has received acclaim for his role. Williams received a perfect 4-star review in the Seattle Times for his work at Canlis, and in 2017 he was a finalist for the James Beard Award of Rising Star Chef of the Year.Williams originally dedicated his life to pursuing a professional hockey career.
