Natasha Granholm is an Asset Management Tax Partner at PwC with over 20 years of public accounting experience. Natasha specializes in bringing practical solutions to her clients to address industry-altering legislation (e.g., legislation related to management fee waiver programs, carried interest, FATCA, etc.). She has served a wide range of private equity clients in both the Midwest and New York markets. Natasha has significant experience providing transaction support to her clients which includes tax structuring, due diligence, compliance and reporting.
