Paul K. Lott, Sr. is the CEO of SchoolBoogy Corporation and President and founder of the founder of the National Society for the Advancement of Black Americans (NSABA). He began his career in education as an instructor at the Defense Systems Management College, Fort Belvoir, VA while serving in the U.S. Army. He taught graduate level courses in computer literacy, and served as a researcher of future education technology. He has had a diverse career as a corporate trainer, education software developer and system architect, engineer, curricula developer, teacher and organizer.In 2019, Lott was featured in LearnLaunch Institute’s “”28 Emerging and Inspirational Black Leaders in EdTech”” for his work as the CEO of SchoolBoogy for his ground breaking work in developing a neuroscience based learning management system that helps teachers be more effective. Mr. Lott created the Summer Essentials Academy, a 10-week summer learning program designed to increase the math and reading proficiency of under-performing students by focusing on core learning knowledge and skills for K12.
