Growing up outside of Omaha, Nebraska, Sara Davidson was urged to explore the world “outside of the traditional Midwestern experience,” she says. Her single mother and grandmother worked hard to send her and her brother to Mexico, the Grand Cayman Islands, Paris, and Washington, D.C. to gain a global perspective. “It enabled us to dream big,” Davidson says. “It’s because of them that I have always believed in myself.”Davidson, 29, has been a PR executive, a consultant, and a marketing manager for a tech startup. And in her new venture, she hopes to encourage other women to believe in themselves too. In August, Davidson launched Hello Fearless, an online business school for female entrepreneurs.
