Tom often leverages his experience as a psychotherapist in exploring organizational and interpersonal dynamics.Tom received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s in Philosophy and Psychology, and his Master’s degree in Psychiatric Social Work from Catholic University. He studied Organizational Behavior at George Washington University and Boston College. In addition, Tom has been a guest lecturer on power and influence in organizations at The Harvard Business School.
