After achieving success themselves, they have been helping millions of people across the world who strive for the same outcome. Their accomplishments have allowed them to share their success stories through public speaking, keynote speeches, book publishings, and social media outlets. 

James Clear

James Clear is a well-known, popular, keynote speaker and author.  Clear graduated from Denison University in 2008.  He majored in biomechanics and was also enrolled in business school. As a keynote speaker, he strives to share interesting ideas in engaging ways.  His writing and speeches are based on self-improvement such as breaking bad habits, building new and good habits, and improving one’s overall performance.  Clear takes complex ideas and breaks them down to be simple. He is the author of the New York Times best-selling book Atomic Habits, which goes into detail about these ideas. 

Kevin O’Leary

Kevin O’Leary is a Canadian entrepreneur, author, politician, and TV personality.  O’Leary grew up with a mother who was very skilled in investing.  This is where he learned many of his lessons.  As a young adult, he aspired to be a photographer but was advised by his step-father against that. Instead, he attended college and received his Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies and Psychology from the University of Waterloo in 1977 and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Western Ontario in 1980. O’Leary is most commonly known for the hit TV series Shark Tank. 

He is the co-founder of SoftKey Software Products, which was a technology company that sold software aimed toward family education and entertainment. This company went on to acquire other companies in 1999, changing its name to The Learning Company.  O’Leary was later fired from the company.  In 2011, he published his first book Cold Hard Truth: On Business, Money & Life.

He went on to release a sequel in 2012. This book focused on financial education and understanding in order to achieve wealth.  In 2013, he released a follow up book explaining the importance of education, careers, marriage, family, and retirement and all obstacles that one might encounter.

Marc Randolph

Marc Randolph is a popular keynote speaker and entrepreneur.  He is a national best-selling author, executive mentor, and angel investor, and most popularly known for being the co-founder of Netflix.  While he is best known for being the CEO of Netflix, he has created a successful career motivating and guiding hundreds of entrepreneur beginners.  Randolph dedicated countless hours speaking at events, working with young entrepreneur programs, and working with the non-profit National Outdoor Leadership School.  He is also the author of the Amazon #1 seller and host of the well-known podcast, That Will Never Work. 

John C. Maxwell

John Calvin Maxwell is an American speaker, pastor, and author, who has published many books focusing on leadership.  Some of these books have been on the New York Times Best Seller List.  Beginning in the 1970s, Maxwell has led churches in Indiana, Florida, Ohio, and California.  Maxwell also speaks at Fortune 500 companies.  On multiple occasions, he has been a keynote speaker at National Agents Alliance. He is the founder of multiple foundations and groups such as The John Maxwell Team, ISS, and EQUIP.  EQUIP is an international leadership development organization.  They work to help leaders from more than 80 nations.  EQUIP’s mission is to see effective Christian leaders fulfill the great commission in every nation.

Richard Branson

Richard Charles Nicholas Branson is an English entrepreneur, investor, TV personality, and author.  He first expressed wanting to become an entrepreneur at a young age.  He featured on multiple TV series such as Friends, and Baywatch.  He grew to become the founder of the Virgin Group, which controls over 400 companies in multiple fields. Some of these companies include Virgin Airlines, Virgin Megastores, and Virgin Records. In 1998, he published and released his autobiography, Losing My Virginity. 

The autobiography portrayed a man who succeeded by taking risks.  This went on to be an international bestseller.  Around the same time, Branson worked closely with Peter Gabriel to create a small group of leaders working to solve global conflicts.  Branson was knighted in March 2000 at the Buckingham Palace for “services to entrepreneurship.” He has become known all around the world for his work in retail, music, transportation, and humanitarianism.  He was acknowledged as Times’ 100 Most Influential People In The World in 2007.
